I was very surprised to have found this in the foodcourt at Causeway Point. First of all, we went to the foodcourt before and didn’t notice that there’s a vegetarian stall. Somehow, we missed it. Hehe.. then the next surprise is that this stall serves the fried carrot cake. I haven’t been able to get this hawker fare ever since the vegetarian stall downstairs closed down.

The fried carrot cake is just like normal non-vegetarian ones. I love its sweet and salty flavor with lots of preserved vegetable bits.
