My birthday (Part 2)
Had dinner at Dian Xiao Er. The dishes were quite bland but my parents love the roasted duck with Chinese herbal sauce. Also got a tiramisu cake after dinner

Belgium Chocolate Divine from Prima Deli. Heavenly chocolate mousse with only a thin layer of cake in between on a layer of frozen chocolate base with crunchy chocolate rice pops.

Peanut butter muffins
My husband made peanut butter muffins with chocolate chips this afternoon. They look great and are moist and fluffy. But too bad they ate not sweet enough. He didn’t know that icing sugar is less sweet than normal sugar.
