Yesterday’s dinner
Hehe I guess eating out once in a while should still be safe. Yummy beancurd dessert with my favourite Ham Cheem Peng and Yew Char Kway dipped in warm soya milk. Hehe…
Noodles for lunch
I made Kon Lor Mee for lunch today with Tofu Char Siew. The sauce for the noodles tasted a little salty (should add more sugar next time) but the mock Char Siew is great. But I guess I could divide the Tau Kwa into three or four pieces instead of two, in order to allow more flavour to be absorbed.
