Lunch at Munchie Monkey

Al Funghi pasta without garlic. My friend ordered this. I think it should be good but probably not as good as the one I usually ordered with garlic because it would smell less fragrant. :P

Vegetarian Pizza. It’s quite nice.

Coffee (I had forgotten the exact name since this was taken back in August. Haha…)

Hot Chocolate.

Breaded ‘Prawns’

Recently, I got really bored eating mixed rice daily for dinner at Woodlands Circle’s Koufu foodcourt. So instead of rice, I tried the “Fried Breaded Prawns”. It’s so good that I ate this as my dinner for two days in a row. Haha.. and then I had sorethroat due to heatiness. The deep fried breaded prawns are so crispy and I love the generous amount of mayonaisse!

8 Treasures Vegetarian

Menu

Fried Noodles. Nice, but not really special.

Mock Pork Ribs. This dish is heavenly!! Yummy… would definitely order this again and again. A must-try if you visit this restaurant.

Roasted Suckling ‘Pig’. We liked this very much during our first visit to this restaurant so we ordered again. Although the quality is still as good as the previous time, I prefer the mock pipa duck more.

Pipa ‘Duck’. This is very delicious! The sweet and sour sauce is very different and has a refreshing taste. :P ~~

Vegetarian Health Food

Mixed rice. Hehe… my favourite ‘mui choy’ and ‘char siew’.

Mee rebus. Not really nice although it looks really appetizing. No fight with my favourite mee rebus from the Marsiling hawker centre (near Marsiling MRT).

P/S: Crystal, if you are reading this, can you give the directions to the chee cheung fun stall at Marsiling again? I can’t find your directions and I lost my way there. So in the end we ate at Causeway Point.

Nasi Lemak

This is from the Causeway Point foodcourt. The sambal is really hot! But I like it. Haha… The nasi lemak tasted really good but I think the VHF’s nasi lemak is better because the fried slices of “fish” is already cold and chewy (instead of crunchy).
