Drinks & Dessert

Yun Yong Wu (almond and black sesame paste), Yun Yong drink (milk tea & coffee) and grass jelly with soya milk.
As always, it’s hard to resist the Hong Kong style desserts. So, we had to stop by to get our fix from this restaurant (forgotten the name) when we were shopping at IMM.

Vegetarian fish head curry

This is my favorite vegetarian fish head curry in Singapore. It’s from the Yuhua hawker center (near Chinese Garden MRT). Although the pot of curry in this photo may not look very presentable, trust me, it’s very delicious! The curry is thick and creamy (probably not very healthy since they must have added big amount of coconut cream in it :P ).

For only $6 (total price for curry and two plates of white rice), the portion is enough to satisfy two gluttons immensely.

Mock chicken cutlet noodles

Chicken cutlet noodle from Ngee Ann City B1 foodcourt. Although it looked really good, it’s not nice because the noodles tasted very alkaline. The mock chicken cutlet is quite good but that can be found from most vegetarian stalls.

Anything

Usually, I will answer with “anything” or “whateva” when I’m asked what I would like to drink. When I saw the advertisement on TV for Anything and Whateva drinks, I thought this is a brilliant idea to tap on the market where people (like me) couldn’t decide on what drinks to order until a friend pointed out that it’s “scary” to buy such drinks. According to her, we won’t be able to know whether the drink has turned bad since we don’t know what the drink is or how it should taste like. Yikes!

This can contained a Sprite-like-flavored drink.

Yummy Ice-cream

A treat to satiate my sweet tooth (last week).
